The customer service was excellent!

Lily is always amazing! Her customer service is top notch, always friendly and professional. I inquired about price matching tires and she was able to find a better deal than I had. She's always looking out for the best deal for my vehicle. The staff there is also amazing, very friendly and also welcoming. My dog and my kids love going there too.

As always, an amazing experience. Lily scheduled me to bring my truck in within 2 days of me calling. They took care of my oil change, checked fluids and all metrics, and cleared the drains around my sunroof to avoid any leaks from rain, and washed my truck, with a vacuum inside for under $150. Service took less than 2 hrs and they have a great lobby w wifi where I used those hours to get a ton of work done. I will not take my truck anywhere else to be serviced. I love Watsonville GMC.

I have been going to this dealership to have my cars serviced for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. The wait time has never been unseasonably long. I have never seen any grease or dirt when my car is returned to me. I guess this is why we have always returned to this dealership for services.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at GMC Watsonville. I brought our truck in for service, which turned out to be a more complex job involving several issues. Joe Gudgel is our service advisor and he did an incredible job. He kept me updated so I never had to wonder what was going on. As a single parent to a special-needs adult child, taking the truck in was already stressful, but Joe went above and beyond by delivering the truck to our house when it was finished! This level of professionalism and care is rare. Joe is amazing, as is the entire team at GMC Watsonville and we are forever customers!
